As you all know that Obama was elected as the 44th President of the US. It was like,, really happening..all over the world,,i might say..In Tokyo, Indonesia, Middle East, India and so on..All of them had celebrated his victory and so has he..that is all because of what he had said and what he had promise to all of them,,to the world..and so,,they all thought that he will change all..be humble and learn from mistakes..

Obama's election was not bring hopes only for across Europe but also the Islamic World..They hoped for a discussion rather than sudden-war..like what had Bush did to them..It was a disaster for them,,a nightmare..their human's right was completely 'rubbish' for Bush..He would not care of what they had wanted,,what they had thought..and so,, they rely on Obama's election will change it all..


But as all of them agreed of this election,,some part of the world has disagreed..like always,,'Pro's and Con's'..they had questioned that is Obama really will grant his promises that he made to the world..is it gonna bring benefits to the world??for some reason,, they really thought that McCain is more suitable for being the President rather than Obama..

Once Upon A GP Class

We had watched this movie called 'Super Size Me'. It was written by Morgan Spurlock, directed by Morgan Spurlock and ALSO acted by Morgan Spurlock. It was about Fast Food. How the Americans got sooo fat. Then, he intended to try and see if anything would happen if he ate only fast food, not any other than fast foods, for THE ENTIRE MONTH, without working out. The rule was he can't eat or drink anything that isn't on McDonald's menu; he must wolf three squares a day; he must consume everything on the menu at least once and supersize his meal if asked.

Spurlock is out to prove the physical and mental effects of consuming fast food. While doing this, Spurlock also provides a look at the food culture in America through it's schools, corporations, and politics as seen through the eyes of regular people and health advocates.

What Is Obesity??
-Obesity is some kind of weight problems. It is where that someone is having too much fat,, in other word is 'Overweight'.

Do You Think Obesity Is A Problem In Brunei?
-For the past few days, in GP class, we were discussing on sub-topic of this obesity problem. We even watched the movie, which called 'Super Size Me'. A documentary on health problems and Foods. Mc Donalds. This is where the actor, which is also the director and the author of the movie, showing that the American State is the fatest state in the world. Which is caused by fast foods; for example: Mc Donalds, Kentucy Fried Chicken (Which is also known as KFC), Wendy's, Burger King and so on.

Well for me, Obesity is a problem in Brunei. The results of eating too many fast foods is growing, which means that all those fats that contain in the fast foods made you became an Obesity. As you all know for sure that fast foods restaurants are growing very quickly in Brunei due to another's competiton. And the majority on people having fast foods is growing and growing. So, in conclusion, Yeah. Obesity is BECOMING a problem in Brunei.
